Vintage 1940s Solid 10k Rose Gold Size 6.5 Blue Zircon Ring
Vintage 1940s era 10k rose gold ring centering a fiery round blue zircon in a bezel setting with an openwork shield-shaped frame. The vibrant blue color of the zircon is set off by the rosy hued gold. The setting features delicate milgraining on the face of the ring that continues down the shoulders of the shank.
The ring is in good condition, but the zircon is slightly abraded at the facet junctions. This is not very noticeable unless viewed under magnification. It is currently a size 6.5 and can be sized. The face of the ring measures 10.9mm top to bottom. The shoulders taper from 4mm to 1.4mm at the base.
