Shipping & Returns
I typically ship items within 2-3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. I do have a Priority Mail option at checkout if you prefer that service. All items will be insured with delivery tracking.
Returns are accepted within 7 days after you receive your piece. Once I have the item back in my possession, I will provide a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping and insurance must be included. A tracking number must also be provided so we can monitor the shipment. Items that are altered in any way (including sizing) are not returnable. Items on sale or items purchased via a layaway payment plan are also not returnable.
Once the item has been received and it can be confirmed as unaltered, the buyer will be will be refunded within 1-2 days after the satisfactory return of the item. Refund will not include fees our shop cannot recoup which includes, but is not limited to, shipping and insurance, re-stocking and credit card fees.
