Antique Victorian English Cigar Band in 9k Gold / Size 5.25 / Birmingham / ca. 1823
Hand engraved antique 9k gold Victorian cigar band featuring an embossed pattern with pairs of kite shaped designs and alternating "X" sections that repeat around the finger. The color of the gold is rosy with a delicate patina you can only find in pieces over 100 years old :-).
The piece is in good condition with minor surface scratches commensurate with its age. The hand engraving is still very visible and crisp. There is a solder seam on the inside of the ring where it was repaired at one point. It measures 4.4 mm wide and is a size 5.25.
The ring features full British hallmarks.
