The top features an alternating pattern made up of cabochon cut amethyst and Akoya cultured pearls in an elongated openwork setting. The largest amethyst, in the center, measures 6.2mm wide, while the two on the ends measure approx. 4.2mm wide. The pearls measure 5mm wide.
The piece is in very good condition for its age. There are some minor nicks and scratches but nothing very noticeable.
Both the shank and the top of the ring acid test for just under 14k gold. The ring is a size 4 and can be sized.
