$350.00
Sold Out

Uniquely elegant Victorian 14k rose gold ring with a neatly woven lock of hair encased in a crystal glass closure with a delicately textured bezel. The open work shoulders of the ring are decorated with rope style knot designs. This is such a beautiful piece of history — it could have been a mourning ring or also a love token to keep a cherished one near at all times. The verso of the face of the ring features hand scripted initials: “L.M.”

The ring is a size 7.75 and can be sized. The face of the ring measures 11 mm top to bottom. The base of the shank measures 1.7 mm wide.

The ring is in great condition for its age. There are some surface scratches on the crystal holding the hair (not very noticeable). Ring should be worn with care because of its age and delicate nature.

Circa 1890s
