Antique Art Nouveau Bliss Bros Gold Filled Star and Moon Crescent Opal & Paste Round Locket / ca. 1910s
Antique Art Nouveau gold filled locket featuring a star and crescent moon motif on the front while the back is plain. The crescent is set with small round paste stones varying in size and color. A round opal in a star recessed setting provides a nice contrast to the elegant crescent moon. This beautiful celestial themed locket does show some very minor signs of wear and some small areas of discoloration on the inside. Overall this locket is in excellent condition though considering how old it is. The inside has plastic inserts on both sides for pictures and it closes with a firm snap. The inside also features a hallmark for Bliss Bros. Co. of Attleboro, MA.
It measures 1-1/8" wide x 1-1/4" tall. It has a jump ring so that it is ready to be worn on the chain of your choosing. I have chains available if you would like to purchase one.
