Antique Art Deco Size 6.25 Synthetic Sapphire Ring in Two Tone 14k Gold
Antique Art Deco solid 14k handmade ring centering a round synthetic sapphire cabochon in a white gold bezel setting. The bezel setting rests atop a yellow gold shank with beveled edges. The ring is very sharp looking, and the cabochon cut synthetic sapphire has a vivid, deep blue appearance. This is a unique ring -- not a style that I typically see often! The inside features a hand engraved monogram in beautiful script. I believe the letters are "A.A.G." but it is hard to tell.
The face of the ring measures 8.4mm top to bottom. The shoulders taper from 3.3mm to 2mm at the base. It is currently a size 6.25 and can be sized slightly. It is in very good condition with only minor surface scratches and signs of wear.
